I love outdoor photography. I just love being out in the open field or a nice country park under glorious weather. It’s almost the perfect ingredient. Beautiful lighting, kind weather, amazing location, lovely model, cute props – it is this child photographer’s dream.

I am pleased that the weather is a little nicer now.  After months of what I can only describe as horribly cold weather, it feels nice to see a little bit of sunshine, even if it comes with rain.

On the day of the shoot, I hoped for sunshine but instead it looked like it was going to rain. I was so nervous that the rain would disrupt our shoot but you know what, the rain held off until after our shoot.

The threat of rain almost made me want to postpone the shoot but we braved it and it paid off and I was able to capture beautiful images of a beautiful girl at a beautiful location.

Ok, so that is a lot of ‘beautiful’ but I hope you get my point.

I’d like to introduce you to Nia. She’s five years old with a bright smile, a sweet personality and a little bit of cheekiness. Did I mention her head full of hair? Look at all that hair!

Children grow so quickly and they won’t wait. As your child photographer, I want to capture every heartwarming detail that makes your child unique. From the smiles to the grins, the cheekiness, the silliness, the sweetness, the kindness – everything that you want to remember.

When you book a child photo shoot with me, you can either opt for an outdoor photography session or an indoor photo shoot (depending on the weather) or you can have a little bit of both. It’s all up to you.
