I got this idea a little while back to work on a personal project in the run-up to Mother’s Day featuring mothers doing something special with their daughters. I kept putting it off until last week when I decided to grab the bull by the horns and just run with it. Here’s the first set of images from this project.

I had the privilege of photographing a heavily pregnant Holly and her daughter Amelie for this lifestyle mother and daughter baking session. I went over to their house in Brentwood, Essex for the shoot on a Saturday morning while daddy was out with their youngest. Together, mum and daughter whipped up some delicious cookies and then had some bonding time reading together while waiting for the cookies to bake.
